45° Bevel & Straight Edge Bander
The 45° bevel format is CNSK's own development — one line that finishes the bevel and the straight edge, and still soft-forms the wrapped profile.

A 45° bevel is the tell. On a countertop or a cabinet front, the mitre is the one edge a buyer touches, and it is the one edge a straight-only machine cannot finish. CNSK built its export business on putting that bevel and the straight edge on the same bed.
The platform also soft-forms: the band is pressed around the profile rather than onto a flat face, so the door keeps the rounded or wrapped shape the design calls for without a second operation.
Technical data
Station list, tooling and panel range are fixed at order stage; the data sheet is issued with the offer.
What the machine is built to do
- 45° bevel and straight edgeBoth formats are finished on the same machine, so a mixed order does not need two lines or an outsourced bevel station.
- Soft-formingBands are wrapped around the profile under controlled pressure instead of being folded onto a flat face by hand.
- Built for export ordersThe format most of our European, Middle East and Southeast Asian orders are specified around — matching band, tooling and voltage to the destination.
- Custom configurationThe station list is specified per order: glue type, number of polishing stations, infeed and outfeed length, and the profile set the buyer actually sells.
