Five-Profile Arc & Bevel Edge Bander
Five profiles on one bed: half-round, quarter-round, 45° bevel-straight, full bevel and duck-bill. The shapes that decide a curved-door range, without a machine for each one.

Arc and profile work is usually where a factory stops being able to promise a delivery date: each radius means another tooling set, another setup, another batch of scrap while the operator finds the pressure.
This machine carries the profile set in one bed. A factory that sells curved doors, rounded islands and the duck-bill detail can run all five shapes in the same shift, on the same panel thickness, without moving the work to a second station.
Technical data
Arc tooling set and the panel range for each profile are confirmed against your door drawings before the offer is issued.
What the machine is built to do
- Five profilesHalf-round, quarter-round, 45° bevel-straight, 45° full bevel and duck-bill are all available on the same bed.
- Radius toolingR15, R13 and R20 arc sets are supported, covering the curved-door range most kitchen and wardrobe programmes are built around.
- A model ladder, not a compromiseThe same platform is offered at three levels — FM710YC with three processes, FM715YC with four, FM725YCX with five — so a buyer pays for the profile set they actually sell.
- 45° work includedThe bevel and bevel-straight formats are covered here as well, so a curved programme does not need a separate bevel line.
