CNSK Edge banding machinery · Dongguan Request a configuration
Dongguan, China · Since 2006

The edge is where a cabinet is judged.

CNSK builds edge banding machines for factories that have to get the corner right — laser and PUR, 45° bevels, thirty handle-free profiles and arcs, on panels from 8 mm to 60 mm.

What happens between the panel and the polish.

The stations are the specification. A machine is worth what its weakest station holds — which is why the trimming and corner heads are servo, not spring.

01
Pre-milling
Two cutters re-finish the saw marks, burrs and any out-of-square edge before the band goes on.
02
Heating
Panel and glue are pre-heated so the melt reaches the surface it has to hold.
03
Gluing
EVA pot with fast-melt tank, or PUR, applied to the face being banded.
04
Pressing
Servo-controlled pressure and downstroke, adjusted to the band thickness.
05
End trimming
Front and rear of the band cut square, with automatic oiling on the mechanism.
06
Rough trimming
A uniform margin is left for the fine heads; servo feed keeps it even across the panel.
07
Fine trimming
Cut to 0.01 mm from the screen, with the R value saved against the band thickness.
08
Corner rounding
Four independent servo heads track each corner for a clean R.
09
Edge scraping
The R is scraped flat and bright, again from a stored recipe.
10
Polishing
Cotton wheels clean the finished edge; the separating agent keeps residual glue off the face.

Not every model carries all ten stations. The FM490G runs the full sequence; laser and arc platforms replace the glue station with their own bonding or profile tooling.

CNSK factory site in Dongguan, Guangdong
The current plant, Dongguan: 40,000 m² and capacity for 3,000 machines a year.

Built where the machines are tested.

The factory started in 2006 as Dongguan FanMao, building panel-furniture equipment for the Chinese home market. The edge bander became the product that mattered, and CNSK became the name it shipped under.

The plant in Dongguan assembles, wires and test-runs every machine before it leaves, so the panel that decides the acceptance is cut on the same floor the machine was built on.

Export started in Southeast Asia and moved out from there. Most orders now ship to buyers who run their own showroom or service team locally.

Send the panel spec. Get a configuration, not a catalogue.

Thickness, width, band material and the profile you sell. That is enough to put a station list and a price against your name.
